As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them to access learning, develop social skills and thrive within a nurturing and structured environment. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and families to provide tailored support that meets each child’s individual needs.
You will be joining supportive and inclusive schools that place wellbeing, consistency and community at the centre of everything they do.
Many of our Autism Teaching Assistants progress from temporary to permanent school-based roles through Milk Education.
