Protocol Education are partnering with specialist settings in Wiltshire to support autistic pupils with a personalised curriculum that builds academic skills and life competencies. You’ll collaborate with teachers to help learners thrive at school, home and in the community.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of autism and social communication needs.
• Awareness of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
• Excellent listening skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to take initiative in the classroom.
• A calm, caring presence that helps pupils feel safe and understood.

Responsabilidades

• Support learners with autism to develop communication, social and life skills.
• Use structured approaches such as TEACCH and personalised anxiety management strategies (training provided).
• Promote inclusion and engagement across lessons and activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Encourage progress and confidence through empathy, patience and positivity.
