Job summary

National Autistic Society is seeking a Teaching and Learning Assistant to help autistic pupils access education, develop independence, and achieve personal goals in a safe, structured setting. You will provide both one-to-one and group support, contributing to individualized plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes a person-centred, autism-informed approach that maximises potential and wellbeing, with term-time operation and 37 hours per week in a permanent post.
