Ambitious College in West London is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support autistic learners aged 16–25. You will provide personalised, often 1:1, support inside the college and in community settings to help learners develop skills, confidence and independence.

You’ll collaborate with teaching and specialist staff to support learning, communication and personal growth, contributing to a caring, student-centered environment where every learner is valued and empowered.
