Ambitious College, part of Ambitious about Autism, seeks a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support autistic learners aged 16–25 with personalised, often 1:1, assistance within college and in the community.

You will work with teaching and specialist staff to aid learning, communication, independence and personal development, helping learners build confidence and new skills in a supportive environment.
