Capital Talent Box is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our college team in London. You will support students with ASD and other SEND needs in classroom and one-to-one settings, adapting support to individual learning plans.

Ideal candidates will be patient, reliable, and confident working in an educational environment, collaborating with SEN teams and teaching staff to promote student engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with ASD or other SEND needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
• A proactive and supportive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support students with ASD in lessons and around the college.
• Help implement individual learning plans.
