Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor for a specialist setting in Slough. The role involves supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and complex learning needs, delivering ABA programmes, and promoting communication development and independence.

The position is full-time, with hours 8:30am–4:00pm, ASAP start, and opportunities for extension or permanent placement based on performance. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with Autism (ASC).
• Experience delivering ABA programmes or behaviour support is desirable.
• Psychology, Education, SEN, ABA or related qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASC.
• Implement behaviour intervention programmes.
• Support communication development for pupils.
• Encourage independence and engagement in learning.
