Qualifikationen

• Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary professionals and external agencies.
• Strong curriculum knowledge (KS1-5) and experience delivering differentiated learning to meet a wide range of needs, including autistic learners.
• A qualified teacher with the ability to remain calm, positive and reflective while supporting pupils with autism and, where needed, complex needs such as ADHD, OCD or PDA

• Deliver high-quality autism-specialist teaching using frameworks such as SPELL, creating a safe, engaging and well-managed learning environment.
• Plan and deliver a broad and balanced personalised curriculum, while monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress.
• Work closely with families and professionals, contributing to EHCP reviews and supporting children's wellbeing, progress and inclusion
