Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or Equivalent qualifications in SEN, Autism, Social Care.
• Strong academic or work background with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning activities, differentiating and using specialist approaches per pupil response/need.
• Support students with ASD to fulfil academic potential.
• Assist all pupils, particularly those with ASD, to engage in school life and build confidence.
• Keep records and evaluate student progress.
• Assist in development and implementation of support plans.
