Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Patient, caring and understanding with good communication.
• Able to build positive relationships and support inclusion.
• Flexible to accommodate hours and travel.
• Experience or knowledge of autism and ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the individual with accessing activities and spending time out in the community.
• Attending/transporting the individual to social activities and appointments.
• Encouraging social interaction and inclusion and providing emotional support.
• Light domestic support.
