Job summary

Senad Group's Alderwasley Hall School in Derbyshire is seeking Learning Support Workers (Teaching Assistants) to join a team supporting students with autism and communication needs. We offer a mix of full-time and part-time roles, with 40 hours per week during term time and hours 08:15–16:15.

You will work alongside teachers and specialists to help students access the curriculum, build confidence and social skills, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (C/4+).
• SEND knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities
