Job summary

Randstad Care is hiring a Learning Support Worker in Horsham to help autistic adults engage in personalised lifelong learning. You will support learners to build confidence, communication, problem-solving and self-management skills within a friendly, well-equipped setting.

You will follow bespoke learning plans, liaise with families and health & social care professionals, and contribute to learners’ educational and personal development goals. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or care role is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience supporting learners with SEN would be desirable.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support learners to build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities and self-management strategies.
• Each learner follows a bespoke learning plan designed around their needs and preferences.
• Work closely with families and health & social care professionals to tailor support for each learner.
• Contribute to learners’ educational and personal development goals.
