Job summary

Randstad Education in Guildford is seeking a Learning Support Worker to help autistic and SEN adults aged 18+ achieve meaningful learning outcomes in a specialist day service. You will follow bespoke learning plans, support confidence and communication, and work with families and health and social care professionals to tailor the most appropriate support for each learner.

We offer full training, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:00–5:00), a salary of £25,000 per annum, and 25 days of annual leave

Responsibilities

• Support autistic and SEN adults to build confidence and independence.
• Implement bespoke learning plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and health & social care professionals to tailor support.
