Job summary

Randstad Care in the UK is seeking a Learning Support Worker to join a dedicated day service for autistic and SEN adults aged 18+. You will help learners achieve meaningful outcomes through personalised lifelong learning opportunities.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Full training is provided; experience in care is beneficial but not essential. Salary is £25,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or care role is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience supporting learners with SEN desirable.
• Role supports autistic and SEN adults (18+).

Responsibilities

• Support learners to build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities and self-management.
• Follow bespoke learning plans tailored to each learner.
• Collaborate with families and health and social care professionals to provide personalised support.
