Job summary

The Rise School, backed by Ambitious about Autism, is seeking a Teaching and Learning Assistant to support autistic pupils aged 4–18. This role is full-time and permanent, term-time only, with working hours 8:00am–4:00pm and salary £25,258–£25,473 actual salary.

You will work alongside teachers to provide personalised support, helping learners develop academically, socially and emotionally, within a Good-rated specialist school environment.

• Build trusting, respectful relationships with pupils and understand their needs.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
