Job summary

Fair Ways in Totton is seeking Learning Support & Behaviour Workers to support students with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) in a bespoke curriculum. The role involves 1:1 or 2:1 learning, on-site support in lessons and off-site activities, and close collaboration with teaching staff to deliver meaningful opportunities.

Successful candidates will have a full driving licence, enhanced DBS, and evidence of right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a car are required.
• An enhanced DBS check is required and the cost is met by Fair Ways.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students 1:1 or 2:1 with a bespoke curriculum.
• Support teaching staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities.
• Model positive behaviour and provide direction with honesty and understanding.
• Work as part of a supportive, experienced team showing resilience and adaptability.
