Milk Education is seeking an Autism Learning Mentor to provide specialist support for young people with Autism Spectrum Condition across mainstream and SEN settings in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups to promote engagement, emotional wellbeing, independence and academic progress, collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and families to ensure each student thrives both in and out of the classroom.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced Autism Learning Mentors to provide specialist support for young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) across mainstream secondary schools, specialist SEN schools, and alternative education settings throughout Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas.

As an Autism Learning Mentor, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, delivering personalised support that promotes engagement, emotional wellbeing, independence, and academic progress.
You will collaborate with school staff, SENCOs, families, and external professionals to ensure each young person receives the support they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
