AMA Admin seeks an Autism Learning Mentor to support pupils with Autism and SEND in partner schools around Sunderland. You will help regulate emotions, build confidence, and engage learners across therapeutic and Forest School activities.
You will work with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to provide structured support in a nurturing environment, with ongoing collaboration and progress monitoring. 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday (subject to school).

These exceptional settings offers a therapeutic curriculum and holistic approach to learning, incorporating elements such as Forest School, sensory-based learning, and creative interventions. This rewarding role focuses on supporting children with Autism and additional SEND needs, helping them regulate emotions, build confidence, and fully engage in their learning journey.
You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create a nurturing, structured environment where every child feels understood, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (depending on school)
