Job summary

Brandon Trust in Liskeard is looking for a Support Worker to join a 24/7 rota. You’ll help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live life their way, supporting hobbies, routines, trips, work, and daily living.

No prior experience required; we value empathy, strong communication, teamwork and a commitment to inclusion. A full UK driving licence is preferred; full training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic people and those with learning disabilities to live life their way.
