Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities in Plymouth. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and building routines that align with each person’s goals, preferences, and independence.

Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a 24/7 rota and flexible shifts. Ideally you will bring empathy, good communication, teamwork, and a resilient attitude.

Qualifications

• Empathy and respectful attitude towards autistic individuals and people with learning disabilities.
• Genuine interest in others’ daily lives, routines, and goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive environment.
• Commitment to inclusion and celebrating individual differences.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
