Job summary

Brandon Trust in Honiton is seeking a Support Worker to help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live as they choose. You’ll work flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota, with a sleep-in shift allowance of £60 per night.

You’ll support individuals with daily routines, hobbies, and community activities, always treating them with empathy, respect, and inclusion. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic people and those with learning disabilities to pursue hobbies, routines, and trips.
