Job summary

Brandon Trust in Yatton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities to live as they choose. You will support daily routines, enourage new activities, plan trips, attend work, and help maintain their homes with compassionate, person‑centred care.

We value empathy, strong communication, and collaboration within a team. A full UK manual driving licence is an advantage and training plus ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autistic people or those with learning disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
