Job summary

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the CTPLD and Autism team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to maximise their independence and fulfil their aspirations.

You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, create support plans, and collaborate with families and partner agencies. The role offers flexible patterns, remote working options, and a minimum 2 days per week in Time Square office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of autistic adults within the CTPLD and Autism team.
• Undertake assessments, develop support planning, and conduct reviews.
• Fulfil statutory and preventative duties on behalf of the service.
