Job summary

Qualifications

• Skilled Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting complex children to reach their full potential and a creative approach to meeting needs and enhancing curriculum delivery.
• Able to think creatively and flexibly, using understanding of each pupil’s individual needs to help them grow into successful adults.
• Willing to learn about a variety of approaches to engage pupils and overcome barriers to learning; committed to Peterhouse values: Kindness, Integrity and Team First.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the teacher as part of a class staff team to deliver education sessions.
• Create a welcoming environment where all children and their parents feel valued and supported.
