Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class, ensuring equality of opportunity for all.
• Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest standards in work and conduct.
• Collaborate with learners, parents/carers, academy councillors, staff and external agencies for pupils' best interests.
• Act within statutory frameworks and teacher standards.
