Job summary

First City Recruitment Solutions is seeking compassionate care assistants to join a 3:1 support team for a young lady at home, helping her access activities in the local community.

You will work with a small but dedicated team to deliver person-centred care, responding to changing needs with empathy and reliability. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's hands-on care experience.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive the customer's vehicle (desirable).
• Ability to work in a team and follow an outcome-based support plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within a 3:1 support package for a young lady.
• Assist with access to activities and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care and meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain a safe home environment and support teamwork during activities.
• Respond to epilepsy-related needs and potential seizure activity.
