Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months’ experience in care or support work.
• Certificated social care training.
• Knowledge or experience of autism support and challenging behaviour.
• Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with household routines and daily living tasks
