Sutherland House School, part of Autism East Midlands, seeks a Senior Teacher to join the leadership team in Nottingham city centre. You will blend strategic development with daily operations to improve outcomes for autistic pupils aged 3-19.

The role involves collaboration with governance bodies and senior management, with training provided for safeguarding responsibilities and a focus on Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred approaches.

Formación

• Experience with autistic children or teaching in an additional needs environment is desirable, with full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the defined area of the school with strategic development and operational delivery.
• Translate the school's vision into clear, measurable objectives that drive improvement.
• Collaborate with the School Governing Body, Board of Trustees and Autism East Midlands' Senior Management Team.
