Northeast Arc is seeking an Autism Coach to work one-on-one with individuals in the community, helping them set goals and develop skills for independent living. The GPS Program partners with DDS contracts to prepare individuals for broader life skills and self-sufficiency.
The role focuses on guiding clients toward their best life through structured supports. You will support clients in community activities, collaborate with a supervisory team, and document progress while commuting as needed.

Location: Amesbury, MA and surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible, 2 to 6 hours per week based on client needs and availability
Target Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 hourly, based on education and experience

The Guided Personal Support (GPS) Program brings together a combination of SSQUAL contracts from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS), focused on preparing individuals to acquire skills across different areas of their lives so they can live more independently and live their best life. As an Autism Coach in Andover, you will work one-on-one with individuals in the community, bringing Northeast Arc's mission of changing lives and discovering abilities to life, one goal at a time.
