Cygnet Group is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker (Days) to join The Squirrels team, delivering person-centred care to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

The role offers a 42-hour permanent contract with 12-hour day shifts on a 7-day rota, including two weekends per month, with full training, paid breaks, a pension and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Attitude and commitment to person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to residents daily.
• Support independence, dignity and wellbeing through community activities.
