Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency recruiting experienced support workers who share our passion to care and support individuals and empower them to make their own lives better. You will join the day team (8am-8pm) or night team (8pm-8am) to provide dedicated support in autism assisted living settings.

You will receive a full induction and shadow shifts, and we treat our staff with fairness, value, and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a UK support worker.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up-to-date mandatory training would also be an advantage.
