Job summary

Agincare is seeking a compassionate Home Carer in Taunton to provide dedicated support to one gentleman with autism, helping him live independently and with dignity. You will build a trusted relationship with him and liaise with his family to ensure a consistent, person-centred approach.

You will also support other service users, assist with daily living, meals, medication, shopping, and encourage social engagement.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and caring attitude; ability to learn on the job.
• Willingness to work with autistic individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities and personal care.
