AP Education is seeking an Autism and ADHD Specialist Tutor in Rayleigh to provide face-to-face 1:1 support for learners from Early Years to KS4. You will deliver core subjects or SEND-specific sessions, using positive behaviour strategies and a therapeutic approach to meet individual needs.

The role offers flexible hours, up to 30 per week during term time, with guaranteed weekly pay and ongoing CPD opportunities through our Education Coordinator and training platforms.

Formación

• Experience tutoring children with SEND/SEMH.
• Background in education, youth work, or therapeutic settings.
• QTS or HLTA preferred; others with UK experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face 1:1 support for learners from Early Years to KS4.
• Deliver core subjects (Maths, English, Science) or SEND-specific support.
• Implement behaviour management using positive strategies.
• Provide therapeutic and adaptable teaching approaches.
