Job summary

Fletcher George is recruiting an ACA Trainee (Audit) in Esher, Surrey, offering a 3-year Level 7 Apprenticeship. You will gain hands-on audit experience across owner-managed and corporate clients, supported by managers and directors focused on your development.

The role provides study support for the ACA, with in-person or remote study options, mentoring, and a hybrid working arrangement in years 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above (or 3 A Levels) and UCAS points for admission.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for audit work.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

ACA Trainee (Audit) Esher, Surrey - Salary to £28,000

Join an independent firm of statutory auditors, chartered accountants and tax advisors based in Esher to kickstart your career in audit on a 3 year ACA trainee level 7 Apprenticeship program.

You will gain hands-on experience working with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large corporates across many sectors, building real audit experience, supported by experienced managers and directors who are invested in your development.

About You

You re motivated, curious and ready to build a professional career in audit as an ACA Audit Trainee. You re comfortable working with numbers, data and people, and you re prepared to put in the work needed to achieve a highly regarded professional qualification while working full-time.

You will ideally have:

• A 2:1 degree or above (any subject), or
• 3 A Levels (B or above) for school leavers
• 120 UCAS points (excluding AS Levels and General Studies)
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)

Location

Based in Esher, the role is commutable from Leatherhead, Kingston, Weybridge, Guildford, Woking, Dorking, Epsom, Chessington and the surrounding areas. You must currently live within a reasonable commute to Esher.
