Warner Scott Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm to appoint a Technical & Training Manager for the National Audit team. This strategic role focuses on developing technical excellence, supporting audit quality, and shaping learning for professionals from trainee to Partner level.

Working with senior technical leaders and the Learning & Development team, you will design and deliver high-quality training, respond to complex queries, and influence firmwide

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical audit background.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training for trainees and staff.
• Proven ability to communicate complex standards clearly and practically.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards.
• Design, develop and deliver technical training programmes.
• Coordinate CPD and support learning events for staff at all levels.
• Create training materials and technical guidance resources.
• Support audit quality initiatives and firmwide technical communications.
• Engage with senior technical leaders to shape standards and training content.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology and training resources.
