Job summary

Moore Kingston Smith in Romford is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead audits from planning through to completion for owner-managed and corporate clients. You will supervise on-site fieldwork and review junior staff while ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and related standards.

You will mentor team members, foster client relationships, and support partners in delivering high-quality services across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience leading audits for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and regimes
• Experience with Caseware, CCH Accounts Production, Xero, QuickBooks and Alphatax would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead audits from planning through to completion, including fieldwork, review and finalisation
• Supervise on-site audit teams and review juniors’ work
• Deliver a complete audit file for manager review
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders
• Promote services and identify opportunities for client development
