Moore Kingston Smith on the Isle of Wight is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead audits for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporates. You will mentor junior staff, play a key role with partners, and drive high-quality service across a diverse client base.

You will travel to other offices and client sites across the South Coast as needed, working in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience leading audits for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate clients.
• Good knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Caseware, Xero, QuickBooks, Alphatax and related tools desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the South Coast.

Responsabilités

• Lead audits from planning through to completion, including fieldwork, review and finalisation.
• Responsible for budgets and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102, FRS 102 1A and other frameworks.
• Delivery of a complete audit file for manager review.
• Supervise the audit team on-site and mentor juniors.
• Develop client relationships and promote firm services.
