Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified auditor with ACA/ACCA or actively studying toward qualification.
• Experience leading statutory audits in an accountancy practice.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to mentor juniors.
• Solid knowledge of UK accounting standards and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading statutory audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Managing audit engagements and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identifying technical issues and providing practical, commercially focused solutions.
• Assisting with advisory projects and more complex client assignments.
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.
• Reviewing work completed by trainees and providing constructive feedback.
