The role would include:

• Assisting in the execution of regulatory and statutory audits; liaising with clients; accounts preparation; corporate tax computations; and support on ad hoc assignments for new and existing clients.
• Providing premium support for audits to the Supervising Manager and Associate
• Proactively maintaining current client relationships while seeking to establish new ones
• Providing weekly, clear, and prompt communication to Managers regarding timescales and deliverables
• Attending training courses and maintaining professional competence to meet CPE requirements of the professional body and Carpenter Box

The ideal candidate:

• Must be or be qualified
• Have relevant practical experience
• Experience in practical audit and accounts from an accountancy practice
• Knowledge of various software packages
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in delegating and reviewing accounts work
• Experience in direct client contact
