Responsibilities

• Perform and take full responsibility for planning, fieldwork, and completion of compliance and audit assignments.

• Deliver high-quality statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, board reports, and commercial deliverables.

• Supervise, guide, and lead junior audit team members on-site, fostering their professional development through on-the-job coaching.

• Identify commercial observations and present actionable ideas for internal system and control improvements to clients.

• Maintain complete oversight of assignment budgets and timeframes while ensuring technical compliance with current auditing and accounting standards.

As an Audit Senior you will:

• Take full ownership of audit engagement files from initial planning through to managerial review.

• Build direct, long-lasting relationships with client management teams across diverse sector industries.

• Deliver constructive, real-time feedback to audit team members following file reviews.

• Participate actively in internal technical discussions, bringing innovative solutions to complex accounting matters.

• Support business development initiatives and attend key regional client and networking events.
