Responsibilities

• Lead on-site audit assignments from initial planning through to completion across a diverse client base.
• Manage day-to-day audit team workloads and review work completed by junior staff members.
• Liaise directly with client management and key stakeholders to build long-term advisory relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with auditing standards, internal quality control procedures, and technical regulations.
• Identify technical issues and work alongside Senior Managers and Partners to deliver practical commercial solutions.
• Apply solid practical knowledge of FRS 102 and UK GAAP across varied client sectors.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a seamlessly integrated, high-quality service.
• Receive ongoing career coaching and tailored learning opportunities to prepare you for future promotion.
