DJH Derby is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Audit team. You’ll work with managers and directors to deliver audits across a diverse client base and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Lead on-site audit teams, develop client relationships, and coach trainees while embracing a collaborative and progressive environment with flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or close to qualifying.
• Experience in external audit with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with owner-managed businesses and a range of audits.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute audits for a diverse client base.
• Lead on-site audit teams to deliver high-quality audits.
• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and act as the on-site go-to person.
• Coach, develop and guide trainees and junior staff.

As an Audit Senior, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced audit team, working with managers and directors to deliver audits across our vibrant and diverse client base.

It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:

• Get fully involved in the process, planning and executing audits for our fantastic clients.
• Lead the onsite audit team to deliver high quality and slick audits.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients whilst you’re out on site.
• Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience.
• Coach, develop and lead a team of trainees and semi-seniors.

Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll:

• Be ACA / ACCA qualified or 1-2 exams close to qualifying
• Have experience in external audit and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Have worked on a range of different audits, including owner-managed business.
• Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
• Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
