Job summary

DJH, in partnership with Thorne Widgery, is seeking an Audit Senior to join our vibrant audit team in Hereford. You’ll work with managers and directors to deliver audits across our diverse client base, gaining exposure to owner-managed businesses and mid-market clients.

This role offers a clear path to progress within a forward-thinking, fast-paced firm. You’ll lead onsite audit teams, build lasting client relationships, coach trainees, and help shape high-quality audits while thriving in a

Qualifications

• Be ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
• Have experience in external audit and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Have worked on a range of different audits, including owner-managed business.
• Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
• Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.

Responsibilities

• Get fully involved in the process, planning and executing audits for our fantastic clients.
• Lead the onsite audit team to deliver high quality and slick audits.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients whilst you’re out on site.
• Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience.
• Coach, lead and develop a team of trainees and semi-seniors.
