Job Description
- Lead and manage audit assignments
- Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
- Exceptional knowledge of audit and financial reporting
- A qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT considered
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
