Job Description

• Lead and manage audit assignments
• Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
• Exceptional knowledge of audit and financial reporting
• A qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT considered
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
