Our Quality Review & Support team (QRST) within the Audit Quality Department (AQD) supports our audit specialists by performing independent reviews, assisting with complex inquiries, and helping meet reporting standards. As part of this team, you'll develop your technical skills, solve complex audit issues, and contribute to delivering high-quality audits.

We are seeking a Senior Manager with Financial Services experience to join our QRST team. Your role will involve reviewing public interest entity audits, challenging audit processes, coaching teams, and contributing to audit quality initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Performing reviews at various audit stages to identify quality improvements
2. Collaborating with the QRST Director to set review focus areas
3. Discussing quality matters with teams and developing improvement strategies
4. Challenging audit procedures and documentation
5. Supporting teams to implement quality enhancements
6. Identifying issues requiring firm-wide action
7. Contributing to training and guidance development
8. Providing solutions to audit quality queries
9. Participating in broader audit quality initiatives
