Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded Carlisle-based Chartered Accountants firm to appoint an Audit Partner. You will own a diverse portfolio of audit clients, lead and develop a talented team, and influence the strategic direction of the firm from partner level.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post qualification experience at a senior level.
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven track record of managing audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Carlisle is looking to appoint an Audit Partner, and Crowe Watson Recruitment has been engaged to lead the search, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. As Audit Partner, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, lead and develop a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm.
