Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CPA/ICAS or overseas equivalent required.

• Strong working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Understanding of financial products, firm services, compliance, regulation and AML requirements.
• Experience across systems/controls testing, substantive audit work, consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts and disclosures.
• Ability to deliver assignments within budgets and timelines.

The USA Audit Team which includes a dedicated Global Capital Markets team and comprises approximately 150 people delivers audits US-listed and private companies reporting underUS GAAP or IFRS with audit opinions under PCAOB or AICPA standards.

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of US‑based and international clients, gaining exposure to cross‑border reporting, multi‑jurisdictional regulatory requirements and complex group structures.

You’ll Bring:

• Professional qualification: ACCA / ACA /CPA/ ICAS or overseas equivalent
