Model Risk Audit Manager in London for UK Focused Universal Bank offering Global Markets, Retail, Commercial Model Risk Audit Manager - up to £95k - London My Client is a UK-Focused Universal Bank with a Global Markets Business alongside a sizeable Retail and Commercial Banking plus a small Private Bank. My client is looking for a strong Auditor looking to step up to Audit Manager, or candidates with strong Credit Risk Modelling experience who have an appreciation of the regulatory environment. The role will involve working with the business to deliver reports and reviews of any weaknesses in the models relating to new and current regulations.

It's a unique opportunity to influence the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Contribute to the delivery of the audit plan, supporting the portfolio leads by project managing individual audits on their behalf. Support control testing and identify areas of concern, articulating the potential impact on senior management.

Help colleagues build meaningful stakeholder relationships whilst developing your own network, to keep up to date with business activities and insights. Bring the outside in by researching industry best practice and regulatory hot topics to enable analysis of key themes and external trends. Proactively suggest & deliver improvements to current audit processes by being bold.

Actively role model the group's values and behaviours. Put the team first by coaching with purpose, being present with the team and openly communicating expectations. Freely share timely, direct and effective feedback that contributes to the successful delivery of the audit plan, leaving a positive, sustainable impact on the function.
