Verelogic Ltd seeks an Audit Manager in Manchester to lead a portfolio of audit engagements, ensuring technical rigour and timely delivery. You will act as the primary client contact, maintain high professional standards, and guide teams through planning, execution and review in a dynamic advisory-led practice.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification with substantial post-qualification audit experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and regulatory

Formación

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience and at least 7 years' experience in audit.
• Proven experience of working in a professional practice environment at Audit Manager level.
• Demonstrable experience of managing an audit portfolio and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients with fees of at least £400K per annum, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and required standards.
• Ensure audit files comply with ISAs and are suitable for Senior Manager/RI review.
• Oversee operational management of audits from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets and fee targets on assignments, addressing issues proactively.
