AMS Group is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of audit clients, reporting to the Audit Senior Manager and RI. You will drive high-quality audits with professional judgment, aligned to ISAs, while modelling leadership and accountability.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualifications and a track record of 7+ years in audit, with strong client relationships and budget accountability. AMS Group values collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional practice environment at Audit Manager level.
• Demonstrable experience managing an audit portfolio and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio and technical delivery for audit engagements, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets and standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for audit clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering value.
• Support and develop junior staff, conduct development meetings and promote firm values.
